Cresswell Hamilton, Founder & CEO

His love of hoops led him to play basketball at the college level, while he earned his Kinesiology degree from the University of Alberta. Shortly after graduation, Cresswell embarked on a career in health and fitness in Calgary and has continued to shape, lead and inspire his clients and his team in health and wellness. During this time, he has learned the value of building meaningful relationships with clients in and out of the gym and his care and attention has earned the trust of his clients to push them beyond the physical limits they believe possible.
