Method Nutrition Coaching
The way you are fueling your body plays an important role when it comes to your overall health and wellbeing.
Whether you are looking to lose bodyfat, build muscle or simply learn how to ensure your body is getting the right nutrients, our nutrition coaching program can help!
Like our personal training, our approach to nutrition coaching is the same – everything is completely customized to your body, goals and level with continuous accountability along the way.
Step 1: Consultation
If you’re interested in our nutrition coaching services, the best way to start is to contact us to schedule an initial ZOOM consultation. The focus of this consultation will be to discuss your goals, review your background, answer your questions, and give you the opportunity to get to know us.
Step 2: Nutrition & Lifestyle Profile
Step 3: Follow Up
Step 4: Program Design
Step 5: Coaching Agreement
Step 6: Onboarding Call
This will take place early in the week of your program start date via ZOOM. Here, your coach will walk you through setting up your client profile, downloading our nutrition & lifestyle tracking apps, as well as setting your first set of biweekly goals. You and your coach will also discuss the different options you have to choose from in regards to how you’d like to measure progress throughout the program.
Step 7: Program Start
We’ll commence your program with the 3-day food intake experiment. You’ll keep a detailed record of everything you eat and drink over three consecutive days, including meals, snacks, portion sizes, and beverages. Don’t worry; this is only temporary so we can gather important data. This information will help us better understand your dietary habits and guide the creation of a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your goals and needs.
