Getting started in your training program with Method Fitness is simple.
With in-person Personal Training programs and online coaching, we’re able to provide you with the support and resources needed to take your health and wellness routine to the next level. Online programming starts at $299 a month, while in-person coaching starts at $1197 for 12 sessions or $205.8 bi-weekly. Online training gives you access to our app with your own private profile, personalized workouts tailored to your needs, and seamless progress tracking. We keep up-to-date with weekly program recaps and a 30-minute check in call.
The start-up process is designed in a step-by-step way to help us get to know you and to customize your training program to your specific goals.

If you are interested in our online coaching services, the best way to start is to contact us to schedule an initial phone consultation. The focus of this consultation will be to discuss your goals, review your background, answer your questions and give you the opportunity to get to know us.
