Coaching & Program Design
Getting started in your training program with Method Fitness is simple.
The start-up process is designed in a step-by-step way to help us get to know you and to customize your training program to your specific goals.
Step 1: Consultation
If you are interested in our online coaching services, the best way to start is to contact us to schedule an initial phone consultation. The focus of this consultation will be to discuss your goals, review your background, answer your questions and give you the opportunity to get to know us.
Step 2: Client Profile
The athlete profile is a comprehensive online questionnaire that will give us a complete picture of your achievements and goals. In addition it will give us a basic impression on your confidence in a gym and lifestyle/habits that may impact your program.
Step 3: Follow Up
After we receive your profile, we will contact you for a follow up interview to highlight any remaining questions you or your coach may have regarding your training program.
Step 4: Program Design
You and your coach will agree to a program start date, and which package best suits your needs.
Step 5: Fitness Testing
An in house designed testing protocol will take place at Method Fitness. The testing includes, body fat testing, measurements, basic strength and aerobic capacity. These tests serve as a marker to ensure after each program completion and re-test we are reaching our goals.
Step 6: Activation
Your coach will send you an e-mail with your username and password to access your online training account or will send you a spreadsheet of your program. Let’s get started!
