Emma is a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. Growing up in Fernie and learning to ski at a very young age sparked her joy for movement and sport. She brings both academic knowledge and lived experience to her coaching. Emma first discovered strength training as a way to improve her performance in basketball, but her own journey with chronic shoulder injuries shifted her focus toward injury rehabilitation and prevention.
Now, she helps clients build strength, restore movement, and train with longevity in mind. Emma’s coaching style emphasizes proper technique, individualized programming, and empowering clients to take control of their health and performance.
