Braedan was born and raised in Edmonton, where he spent over 15 years playing competitive hockey. His time on the ice not only fueled his love for sports and movement but also taught him discipline, teamwork, and resilience. After coaching youth hockey, he discovered how rewarding it was to help others grow, which sparked his interest in pursuing a career in fitness and health.

In 2021, Braedan moved to Calgary after a summer working in Kananaskis and went on to complete a two-year diploma in Fitness and Wellness Management at SAIT. He is now a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer with a mission to make fitness simple, help people move better, and support them in building strong, capable bodies that allow them to fully enjoy life.

Outside of training, Braedan enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether it’s golfing, biking, hiking, camping, or climbing in the mountains, he’s always looking for ways to stay active. In the winter, you’ll often find him skiing or playing hockey on outdoor rinks. His own love for movement and adventure carries over into his coaching, where he brings energy, encouragement, and a personal approach to every client he works with.
